This logo and branding project started off with a delivery of sweet treats. Amanda, the owner of Mommy Lady & Sunshine Mandy’s Sweet Creations, bakes any kind of dessert you can imagine – from the perfect cookies to cakes and bars. She came to us to develop the branding for her company that is expanding beyond baking for family and friends. She needed a logo that embodies her and represents the inspiration she got from baking with her mother.
When we got started, we incorporated Amanda’s favorite color red and a hummingbird because it reminds her of her mother. The end result was a texture on the logo to make it feel soft and down to earth. We also incorporated floral garnishes and subtle pops of color to make the new brand mark feel warm. Check it out!
