We helped the PDCA team develop messaging, design collateral, update their website, run marketing campaigns and engage attendees in preparation for this event.

Social Media Promotion

Over the past six months, we developed and implemented a social media plan to promote the 2019 EXPO. Our efforts were divided into different topics and aimed to reach two different audiences– attendees and event sponsors. The social media strategy was executed on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, reaching our audience before, during and after the event.

Email Marketing

We developed a series of event-specific emails to boost attendance and communicate with attendees. From stand-alone emails to mentions in the weekly enews, we saw a consistent engagement rate on event content in our email marketing efforts. See the thank-you email sent to all attendees below.
