Q: How much should video production cost?

We follow a standard hourly structure for pre-production and editing, and utilize a flat day rate for filming and production days due to their long hours and heavy lift. Production day rates can fluctuate based on equipment, crew size, and more. Contact us for more information on your own unique projects.

Q: How long does a video project take?

Typically, we allow ourselves at least a month, from the project start date to the final delivery, for both motion design and set production. In certain circumstances, we can expedite a project to deliver it faster for an extra fee based on your project scope. All projects are different, some taking up to six months from filming to the final version.

Q: Do you package multiple video projects?

Of course! We’re happy to help you plan, develop and produce a full video piece, and follow-up with a collection of shorts to utilize on social media, keeping your strategy and budget in mind.

Our Process

Every brand story begins with purpose. Our branding process is designed to uncover what makes your company unique, then shape it into a cohesive visual and verbal identity that connects and endures.

See Our Work

Learning/Discovery

We learn about you, your brand, your goals, and the parameters for the project. Based on what we learn, we can provide quotes, estimates, and a recommended approach before we move forward.
Storyboard/Script

We get to work! To ensure the direction of the content before production, we build out scripts and storyboards for preliminary review and feedback. Collaboration and approval of the vision at this phase is key in a successful video project outcome.
Production

Once visuals and copy are greenlit, we move onto casting, producing, and the fun part -filming day! Depending on your project, this can last anywhere from a half day to multiple days. We have studio space or can capture the video on site.
Editing and Review

We review, edit, and compile all the footage from our production days. After the first version is complete we’ll go back and forth with the last few edits before delivering your final video.

TIER 1
On-Site Videography

Whether you're opening a store, hosting a launch party or producing a public event, we're ready to travel right to you and get the custom video production footage you need.

Tier Benefits

On-site coverage
We'll travel to you. This is all inclusive, so you can sit-back, relax and tell us where to be. We've got you covered.

Crew
Depending on your needs, we'll send one or two of our professional videographers to help capture your event.

Equipment
To keep our videographers quick, mobile and flexible, we'll bring our own cameras and stabilizers. Additional rental equipment will not be included.

Editing
We'll determine editing hours based on how long and how much footage we'll be shooting. This includes footage organization, editing and export time.

TIER 2
Interviews and Brand Pieces

You've got the brand and assets, and we've got the expertise to show you exactly where to invest it. Bonus? We collaborate with local video production professionals who care about bringing high quality video production to your project.

Tier Benefits

Pre-Production
We'll step in to help you manage your budget for video production, schedule and write your script all while keeping your brand story at the forefront.

Production Day
We'll plan one full, industry-standard, 12-hour production day to shoot your final script.

Crew
To deliver the best possible product, we'll bring in additional crew members to support safe and professional video production that represents your brand as responsibly as possible.

Equipment
Equipment will be determined on an individual basis. For each production, we will plan on sourcing camera, lighting and any additional equipment needed to bring your vision to life.

Editing
Editing hours will include footage organization, edit assembly, color correction and grading, export times and up to three rounds of client feedback.

TIER 3
Scripted or Commercial Video Production

The sky is the limit. We'll partner with you to create a dynamic, engaging and visually appealing piece that you can share on local television, social media or anywhere you want.

Pre-production
We're in this from top to bottom. Script drafting, storyboarding, visual style, location scouts, producing, video production budgeting, equipment rental and more.

Production Days
