When National Cart Co. reached out to us, it came by way of a recommendation from one of our existing clients, Truck Centers Inc. Their original ask was simple: they were interested in creating an “About Us” video similar to one they’d seen us develop before.
But once we got into conversations about their goals, timeline, and bigger-picture strategy, it became clear that there was an opportunity to do something more impactful, especially with an important industry conference coming up within the month.
At the time, the client was rolling out new brand messaging strategy centered on their idea: “Built to Win.” Rather than starting with a traditional company overview, we recommended leading with the brand messaging through video that could introduce this new positioning to both internal and external audiences.
The goal was to create a strong opening statement with something that clarified who they are, what they stand for, and why it matters. This approach also set them up to build future content, like an “About Us” video, on a solid foundation.
